Preprofessional Dancer Institute Faculty Mentors

Our distinguished faculty mentors will bring you classes geared toward a professional dancer - ballet, contemporary ballet, modern, jazz, Broadway dance, contemporary, improv and more. They will share their wisdom and comprehensive experience as professionals in concert performance (ballet, modern, contemporary), theatre dance (Broadway and Off-Broadway), and commercial (Los Angeles and Las Vegas entertainment).

Additional Guest Faculty

As we have many students that applied and have interest in attending, it's important that you accept your admission spot by doing several things no later than Wednesday, May 19th. You'll first provide some additional information to us on the first page below.

Following, you will be asked to complete a 'Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement'.

Lastly, you'll land on a page that will ask you to pay a non-refundable deposit on your tuition.

Hotel Accommodations

We will be following up with you soon with information on how to book your hotel.


We encourage students to attend with a parent or guardian chaperone, or other students. Students 13 and under are required to have a guardian accompanying. Knowing that in some cases it is not possible for students 14 and older to attend with a parent or guardian, we will assist in chaperoning when needed. With the exception of students who are attending without a chaperone, all students are responsible for their own transportation while in Austin, TX. In the event that you are traveling yourself, we are happy to work with you to be matched with at least one roommate(s) who is another student participant. We will provide advice to you to make arrangements for transportation to and from the airport as needed. For those needing chaperoning, a fee of $95 will be charged to assist with extra associated costs. This will be charged closer to the date of the event.

Additional Travel Information

If you are not driving, you’ll want to book flights into the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.

Arrival and Departure

You'll need to arrive in Austin by Thursday, September 2nd to begin check-in and orientation by 6pm. The program will end at 1pm on Monday, September 6th. This is Labor Day.
